Reviews
Its all about the pictures here, not much text. About 100 Munch prints, in color and b&w, very nicely produced (book size about 12 x 12, pictures fill about 3/4 page), some multiple views of prints in different stages. Munch printed in a variety of forms: lithograph, mezzotint, aquatint, etching, etc., and it is interesting to see a nice variety here. I suggest this is a title for those who already have a general survey book for Munch, but if you're serious about his work, you should add this one, especially at the low cost for the paperback edition. I have a rare hard copy - note that the ISBN is the same for softcover and hardcover - but I believe the softcover is printed to the same standard as it is same pub date.
